Plastic plating: By spraying or dipping, a layer of plastic coating is formed on the surface of carbon steel to improve its corrosion resistance and beauty.

3. Advantages and disadvantages of surface coating treatment:

 

Advantages: The surface coating can effectively improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and beauty of carbon steel products, extend its service life, and improve the market competitiveness of products.

Disadvantages: coating treatment requires special equipment and process, high cost, long processing cycle, may increase manufacturing costs and production cycle.
